The Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport failed yesterday the awards to the Best Published Books in 2016. In the category of Art the second prize was When it still used to snow, by Jesús Labandeira, and the third Autobiographies, by Max Pam, both published by La Fábrica.
